What we collect

We may collect the following information

  • other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers and projects.

What we do with the information we collect

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and for the following reasons

  • Internal record keeping;
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services;
  • Non-critical personal data in the category of business name, contact person, address, email.

Management of customer data:

The processing of your customer data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are the data subject and/or party. We use the information for the implementation of measures taken at the request of you and prior to a contract. (See, Article 6(1)(b)

As a data subject whose personal information we hold, you have certain rights. The right to be informed

As a data controller, we are obliged to provide clear and transparent information about our data processing activities. This is provided by this privacy policy and any related communications we may send you.

The right of access

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you free of charge. Once we have verified your identity and, if relevant, the authority of any third-party requestor, we will provide access to the personal data we hold about you as well as the following information:

Storage of the information

R&E BYG will safely store the information as long as we find use for it or you specifically ask us to delete it. We store the information inhouse. Your request for deletion or insight can be send to gdpr@regroup.dk

Deletion of personal information

Customer data

Information about previous customers is to be deleted at the latest 5 years after the end of the cooperation / contract.

Only if there is not a legally dispute or pending with the person concerned. Deleting customer data follows the general set of rules in the Posting Act (Bogføringsloven).

Employee data

Information on employees is kept for minimum 5 years. If an employee leaves the company and demands that their data be deleted on the basis of “right to be forgotten”, then the company will not be able to comply with the request until after the end of the 5th year, we need to report to SKAT.

Company emails and personal data in file shares will be deleted 1 year after the termination of the employee contract.

The retention is carried out as a necessity to establish and defend legal claims and due to accounting / audit technical reasons.

Information from job-applicants is deleted within 6 months (180 days) of receipt.

Profiling and automatic decisions

Your information will neither be used for profiling nor automatic decisions.
